At OffloadHQ ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), we stand behind the quality of our Services. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued for services purchased through offloadhq.ai. We encourage you to review this policy carefully before making a purchase.
2. Subscription Services
OffloadHQ offers subscription-based access to our autonomous operations infrastructure. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) according to the plan selected at the time of purchase.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting us at hello@offloadhq.ai. Upon cancellation:
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
- You will retain access to the Services until the end of the paid period.
- No further charges will be applied after cancellation takes effect.
4. Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds under the following circumstances:
- Within 14 Days of Initial Purchase: If you are unsatisfied with our Services, you may request a full refund within fourteen (14) days of your initial subscription purchase. This applies to first-time subscribers only.
- Service Outage: If our Services experience sustained downtime exceeding 48 consecutive hours due to issues within our control, you may be eligible for a pro-rated credit or refund for the affected period.
- Billing Errors: If you have been charged incorrectly or for a service you did not authorise, we will issue a full refund for the erroneous charge upon verification.
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Subscription fees beyond the 14-day initial purchase window.
- Custom development, consulting, or professional services that have been delivered or commenced.
- Setup fees or one-time configuration charges.
- Services purchased at a promotional or discounted rate, unless otherwise stated in the promotion's terms.
6. How to Request a Refund

- Your full name and the email address associated with your account.
- The date of purchase and amount charged.
- A brief description of the reason for your refund request.
We will review your request and respond within five (5) business days. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within ten (10) business days.
7. Disputes
If you believe a charge is unauthorised, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. We are committed to resolving billing disputes promptly and fairly. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in suspension of your account pending investigation.
